I may have missed it when I looked through the past threads, but has anyone got any input, thoughts, advice on the myriad of .22LR conversions out there for the GLOCK? Has anyone bought one? Are they reliable?" just for plinking purposes of course.."

Advantage Arms kits are the best, by far.  Mine works great with CCI and Remington bulk pack Golden.  The slide locks back on the last round (there is a steel insert in the slide, so it dosen't peen like the Walther P22) and since it takes standard Glock sights you can, if you want, set it up exactly like your full caliber Glock.  I don't think my experience is unique either, since you rarely see anyone complain about them.  I had a chance to test thier customer service (not thier fault) and they were great there as well.  If you get one, get the mag loading tool, it's worth the price.

The Ceiner kit blows hairy goat balls.  I spent many, many hours getting mine to run right, even after sending it back to JAC(ass) himself.

Here's one of my 19's with another reason to get a .22 kit.

So I guess the extra $50 for the Advantage on eis worth it if it runs good straight out of the box. Thanks for the input guys, by the way do they have magsa with a capacity higher than 10 rounds available or do they not make them?

Pretty sure it's 10 rounds only.

I think that might have to be my next project. What aftermarket barrel are you using? I have a G17 with the Advantage kit and the suppressor looks like just plain fun.

Correct, the company works out of CA. So they cannot produce high caps.

Advantage Arms sells an extended barrel.  It DOES NOT come threaded, so you'll need to get this done, along with an adapter for the can.  Your best bet is to send it to whom ever you're buying your can from and have them do it.  It's even more fun then it looks!
