This is going to sound silly, as much as I pay attention to details...
I always thought the 30S was a G30 with a 36 slide... Looking at my 30S tonight, I just noticed a SF on the right side of the frame....maybe I forgot, I don't shoot it that much, but I assume this is the Short Frame. Is the frame on the S model that much smaller than the standard frame? 77 |

36 slide is the same as a 30S as I verified from Glock tech support. Mine works great. Gen 4 frame. Goes bang every time. |

SF frame with a 36 slide...got it. Great little pistol, very snappy. I just installed a Vickers tactical mag release and an enhanced slide release. The pistol already has Meprolight night sights and a Wolff guide rod with Wolff springs. I installed a "-" connector a few months ago. 77 |

Gen 3 and Gen 4 Subcompacts as in the 26, 27, and 30 all allow the slides to interchange. The 17, 19, 21, 22, 23 do not as they leave the gap. |
