I just put some ameriglo classics on my 23.  I really like them...top glock is the best price I have found.  Not that it's a big deal, but they give you the nut driver for the front sight.  They are all decent, it just comes down to personal preference.

I really like my Trijicon on my G23

I have both Trijicons and Meprolites on my Glocks, both are excellent. I don't have any experience with the Ameriglows. Trijicons have a screw in front sight, so they're easier to install that some others that stake on.

How visible are they really.  Everything I've seen that glows in the dark has to be charged with light to work in the dark.  What if your gun has been sitting in the dark for a few hours and then you need to use the night sights, how well do they really work?

Tritium night sights don't need to be charged.  They are always glowing.  Here is a picture of some meps, not the greatest picture but they glow bright.  They look brighter than the picture shows.

My 26 has mepro's and they work great.  I've got some guy holding a 19 for me (that i'll be buying come next paycheck) that has novak's.  Just looking at the novak's i'm not crazy about them.  They look like a real pain in the ass to catch on your belt for one hand malfunction clearance.  Frankly, i think the novak sights have no advantage whatsoever and aren't worth the $150, especially when i can get mepro's for $60

Does anyone have any experience with the Tru-Glo TFO's?  I plan on getting a set for my Glock 19.

I haven't used anything but green/green meps but I like them lots.  With adjusted eyes, in pitch black, I bet you could (barely) read by them (slowly) if you really had to.
