Only if your RSA is worn out and you want to spend some extra money. The only reason I would go aftermarket would be If I wanted to play with recoil spring weight...

I replaced the RSA on my G26 only because the factory one would not stay in position and wanted to hang up the slide during disassembly.  I went with a stainless steel one with the factory spring weight.  So far I am very happy with it.  However, I don't notice any significant difference when shooting other than this one stays right where it is supposed to.

Folks tend to have more issues with aftermarket RSAs than the OEM ones.  Just replace it every 5,000 with another factory RSA.  They're so damn cheap.

This.  Aftermarket is only good for changing spring weights.
