won a glock 23. never owned a glock.
its G2310us? 2 mags... wondering if i should shoot it and keep or just sell. already use my XD 9 sub compact for my CC. also have a m&p 40. and my 1911. whats it worth if i sold it? would it lose a lot of value if i shot 100 through it to see if i like it? |
| I would keep it and just put it away in the safe. the gen3 cost $500 new so if you did sell it you might get $400-$450 or might find someone to buy it for the $500 retail price if it was only fired by the factory. you can buy a conversion barrel and shoot 9mm if you don't like 40s&w. |
| Yep, if you have a 23 you also have a 19. Get a Lone Wolf conversion barrell, a G19 extractor, and G19 ejector. The latter two items aren't really necessary for plinking, etc., but for carry I think they are. The 23 ejector will tend to put hot 9mm brass in your face. |
