Yes. I shot an RTF2 17 for a season or so in 2011 iirc, and it smoothed out quite a bit. It was still better than a brand new Gen3 though.
I shot an RTF2 17 that had had all the texture sanded off and was sanded smooth with something like 150 or 200 grit and was actually crazy grippy when your hands were wet. |
