I know the Trijicon HD's sights are 42/43 specific.

Not sure about others.

I'm thinking about trying a trench-sight type setup for the 42 I pocket carry. Haven't seen anyone do this yet.

If you're using the factory rear be sure you order the normal .165" tall front sight. Ameriglo also makes the Pro i-Dot set for the G42.
