Just got a new 19.4. It's biting my knuckle in a way my other glocks don't. I need an undercut.

Who has done their own undercut? What process and tools did you use?

How did you like the results? Pics if you got em...

I had a Glock 19 gen 3 that did the same thing. I took a Dremel and just sanded down the area that was eating at my knuckle. Took 5 minutes and now it's great. Just take your time and go slow.

Dremel. Switch to a well used drum to smooth. Wrapped some 600 grit around the biggest long socket I could fit in the drill to square and even it up. Took dremel again to take side and front edge off.

Had it too with my 19.4, did a double undercut (for my support hand knuckle) and the gun feels amazing. For the regular undercut, you can wrap sandpaper around a sharpie marker and just rub back and forth until you get the desired depth. I did 400, 800, 1200, 1500, 2000. I did that on my G26 and it came out perfect,  basically no color fade afterwards. You can also take a dremel sanding bit to it back and forth for much quicker results, and a polishing bit afterwards followed by 1500 sand paper on a sharpie back and forth (thats what I did on the one pictured below)

I just shot it until I developed a callus.

I just watched a couple of videos on youtube and did what they did...

Here's mine...

I just used sandpaper wrapped around a Sharpie as a file and did it by hand.  Started with rougher stuff and worked down to finishing it with a green Scotch-Brite pad.  I have done it to all my Glocks but found it most necessary on the compacts and subcompacts.

I wrapped sandpaper around a 1/2" wooden dowel.  Worked fine.

Undercutting the trigger-guard is the most important mod for me.
It's bad on the 19, but WORSE on the 43.
