[ARCHIVED THREAD] - OEM replacement barrels

Picked up a G20 it has an aftermarket barrel in .40. I would like to get it back to 10mm. Can I order a barrel from glock and have it serialized to match the gun? If not are the replacement barrels glock sells serialized?

Can't buy a barrel from Glock with the same SN and yes all Glock barrels have SNs.

So Glock makes up SN just for barrels?

^you are correct, all Glock barrels have serial numbers as far as I know, threaded OEM's come serialized... so does the OEM 6" "hunter" barrel for the G20. I have 3 OEM barrels, all serialized.

Lonewolf makes "blind" barrels, with no markings. You could then have a gunsmith add a matching serial number.

I would care less about matching numbers, and would convert that puppy to 10mm even if I had to sell the .40 barrel.

Who made this barrel? Looks like a EFK to me. Its extended if that helps id it.

barrels by themselves have a range of serial numbers. while complete pistols get 3 same serials
