I am reading a lot of threads concerning grip issues and how it relates to slide cycling problems. I have been using grip exercisers for years to get a solid pistol grip for accuracy and quick follow up shots. I keep one at home and one in the car. www.ukfitnesssupplies.co.uk/mall/productpage.cfm/UKFitnessSuppliesLtd/305-001/55798

Don't use those kids' toys. I've been an avid bodybuilder for 12 years. The only grippers worth a damn are the Captains of Crush. They also have awesome work out plans on their website.Click Me Improving your hand strength will heip you stabilize your weapon for a better sight picture.

I like my Bollinger Gripmaster (Heavy Tension) since it allows me to work each individual finger.  I know it may not be the heaviest of tensions but it works ok for me.

I was trying to save Kolt time by not using ineffective methods. The Captains Of Crush will make your grip stronger in a sort amount of time even with the trainers or #1s. Its all about the most bang for the buck. Do you ever see Powerlifters lifting light weights, hell no! Plus having good hand strength gives a great manly handshake. It demands authority and respect.
