| So my wife got me a gen 4 G17 for fathers day. It'll be the big brother to my G26. What are the top\must have add ons or accessories for the 17? I'm planning to add an RMR at some point so I'm not too worried about upgrading the sights yet. |
| If this is going to be a carry or HD gun, you don't need a RMR on it. Night sights will suffice. But if you are set on getting a RMR on it, knock yourself out. Magazines (and more of them) are always nice to get. Makes going to they range a bit more fun when you don't have to reload magazines all the time. I like to have a better trigger on my Glock pistols so at the least I'm installing an aftermarket connector and a spring set. At the most, I'm installing a trigger kit. I don't think it is as bright as some of the others, but what are you trying to light it will blind you for sure. |
