Hey Guys,

just wanted to post and share some info on a new company I recently stumbled upon called Agency Arms. So just a quick little back drop on how I found the company, I bought a Salient Arms minimalist magwell and it had all kinds of issues. Fitment wasn't right the first time, the finish on it was scratched up so I TRIED calling them up but for those that have dealt with SAI know how difficult it can be to get someone on the phone. Well 6 months after my original purchase they FINALLY agreed to refund me (by the way I'm still waiting for my refund check...)

Anyways I'm back in the market for a magwell and I stumbled upon Agency Arms. The company is located in CA and is owned by LEO/Veterans. I like to do my best and support companies that are local and Veteran/LEO owned, even if it means I pay a little more.

I also checked out a few of their previous builds and looking at some of the modifications they do, I knew this company was more about function than looks.

So after a few calls to the "Commissioner" we got the details on the build down and the best part the PRICE. The full build only cost me 1400. So I sent my Glock in and I'm getting updates around the clock from the Commissioner and he's sent me a few photos and it should be here shortly!

I decided to go with their Field Battle for my 19, but I think for my 17, which I plan on sending in, it will be an Urban Combat or a Hybrid Special.

I'm trying to see where you came to this conclusion, I just can't though.  Maybe my bullshit glasses aren't thick enough.

Hey Guys, even though I just registered and this is my first post, I just happen to have found a great new custom Glock! BTW, I have NOTHING to do with this company and am not getting paid for this.

I get the idea that Agency is doing plenty good enough for themselves considering their backlog to promote their company like this.

Doubt it's anyone from Agency Arms.

I reeeeeaaaally hope that a company worth the social media presence and emerging reputation of Agency isn't actually shilling on the biggest gun forum on the Internet.

That's probably the most successful way to wreck your company's future.

However, this is how it reads. I'm hoping it's the brother of one of the guys who works there doing it on his own.

That said, an overwhelming number of gun companies employ/are run by Vets, so frankly it's hardly a selling point or something that would set them apart from any competition.

You guys are worried about a possible company advertising on here without staff knowing .... did not one see the price............. $1400 on top of price for Glock that is insane for some slide machining and drop in parts and not to mention the stippling.  I guess their shop their rules if someone will pay it then more power to them.

It is a steep price. But jusging by theri backlog, people are definitely paying for it.

Like I said in another thread - their prices are steep as hell because all the machines they show off in their videos are probably costing them a nice monthly payment, plus whatever employee overhead they have on top of it.

Their frame work, to me, is probably the one thing that's truly worth the price. To do a nice stipple job like they do takes me 3-4 hours.

The slide work...not so much. They have the programs already done in Gibbscam (or whatever software they use), they have jigs already....they're literally setting slides up in machines and pushing the start operation button. Whole process probably take about an hour, possibly less depending on what machines they use.
As far as their triggers. I would not, not pay $200 for it. $200 for them to polish your internals and put an oem "-" connector in? No thanks. And the flat faced trigger is just not that appealing to me. Certainly not $200 appealing.

My brother in law is doing my slide for me...for free on his CNC this weekend. That's cutting for a Deltapoint and slide lightening. He said to charge me for something that will take him maybe 2 hours max from drawing it up in Gibbscam to being 100% done is out of the question.

The bad thing is that we just had an Agency Arms thread on here.
