Has anyone here ordered from TopGlock?

He is taking a beating over at GT, lot's of screwed up orders and unhappy people. I recently discovered he is advertising here all of a sudden on the advertisers banner on the homepage.

I have not !!!, but I would have ,the only thing is they cant guarantee a RED label glock "HI CAP" mag they say that 98% of the glocks they get are RED LABELS .

They are trying to make it better !!!

Oh did you see on glock talk .com the post about the guy that got TWO 10 rounds mags ?
glocktalk.com deleted THAT post they are just being JERK OFF'S

I'm mixed on their service, some of their stuff came fast but sometimes I seem to wait forever. I wish they would let you know if stuff was backordered sometime.
I did get a phone call from them today but that's the 1st call I ever got from them too.

I ordered 2 sets of night sights, 7 hi-cap G21 mags, and 10 hi-cap G17 mags from them very shortly after the sunset. I got the sights within a week........had to wait about 3 1/2 weeks for the mags but they did have a warning posted on site that mag orders would be filled first come, first served as they became available. They answered their emails in a timely fashion......I'm happy with them. Their mags are currently less than 19 bucks. Don't know about their guns.

A short time ago the hi-caps were like 18.74. Haven't checked in a few days.

Yeah, we have had some customer service issues in the past. We got rid of the "bad weeds", so to speak, and we're working on customer communication. If at anytime you have any issues / problems / concerns drop me a line at 866-456-2522 ext 305. I'll do what I can to make both sides happy in the end.

I ordered one HK SA80 mag with the "greyish maritime finish" from them. The mag the showed up was black and looked exactly like the "standard" HK SA80 mag I already had. But, the $5 didn't seem like enough reason to bitch, so I let it go.

I just ordered a G20 from them and everything went fine. Had a little mix up with my dealer's FFL, but I called and we got everything straightened out.
