I have a chance to buy one locally, supposedly 100rds or less through it, night sights, all the goodies besides a missing mag, guy wants $450 for it, Is this a fair price or should a pass?? I already have a Gen3, just looking for opinions. Thanks in advance

Ended up finding a Police trade(unissued) Gen4 22 at a local shop, box, all the mags, goodies etc at a local shop, they started out wanting $449 for it but came down to $419, needless to say it came home with me.
