I traded a pistol to this guy,and in the middle of the trade,he called a Local Gov. agency and ran the serial # fast and free,who would I call in Fl to do the same,Dont want to pass around a dirty dog.

Try your local police or sheriff's department.  The smaller departments might be more cooperative this way compared to some big metro department.
