New to Glocks...
Wondering if the older gen 2/3 OEM 33 round mags will work in my gen 4 G19? From what I read, I thought the answer was yes. But I was just told: "To my knowledge, what I learned in the glock armorer school, no, the gen. 3 series will not work in a gen. 4 pistol series. Unless they are short frame version mags." Right or wrong? |
| The only reason older mags would not work in a gen 4 would be if you switch your mag release to be on the other side. As long as the mag realease is in the normal configuration (not lefty) any mag will work whether its ambi cut or not. If you mag release has been flipped then ONLY the ambi mags will work. |
