Anyone have any thoughts on carry options for a Glock 23? Emphasis on concealability.

A good traditional Kydex IWB holster such as Comp Tac, Bladetech, or the Uncle Mikes if your on a budget.

For deep concealment there's always the "Pager Pal" , "Underoos" or whatever you call that one you shove down the front of your pants, bury it in your ass crack or whatever, but bear in mind, if it's too concealed, your not gonna get at it.

ralewis - If you want to try a Pager Pal email me your info and I'll send you one for free.

I carry my G19 in a Comp-Tac CTAC IWB holster.  I've been using this configuration for the past year and I'm very satisfied.  Like BrianNH said, check out the BladeTech and the new 4th Generation Side Armor too.  You might want to look at Blackhawks CQC holsters with SERPA.  They are OWB but sometimes I still carry my G17 in one and as long as I'm wearing a jacket it's fine.

Try a Kytac Braveheart - it's one of the best IWBs made, and his G23 model is beautifully crafted.

if you are emphasising conceilability, why not go with a sub compact or slim line?

If you want the most concealable, most comfortable, most secure holster available, forget everything else, and get this.

I see you really like it. I have been looking at one for my G30 but have been hesitant since the CTAC was too uncomfortable from digging into my side.

Cop 3-slot.  I use it for every method of carry.  Now I have a whole drawer full of holsters I never need.

Yeah, I tried a friend's CTAC and had the same problem. The UCR is actually molded to fit the curve at your hip, and it is very comfortable.

I have a $25 Mr. Softy IWB with pressure screw adjustment from High Noon Holsters.  I like it.  You can get a similar holster from Fist if you need a cant, but it's $50.

Any of the Galco IWB holster's, I have tried just about every other kind and I can not stand the kydex, stick with the leather.
