When I clear a Glock I like to dry fire the pistol so at a glance I can tell the weapon is clear even if the slide is closed. I chambered a round getting ready pressed the trigger, when....click.  The trigger was pulled but it didn't fire. This happened twice. Each time was a fresh mag trigger pulled(after clearing). And I didn't ride the slide.

The trigger broke like a single action and the primer was untouched. I'm thinkin the trigger never  "ingaged" what ever it "ingages".

I bought the gun used.  The trigger is a little light to be stock. I'm guessing about 3.5 lbs.

What do you think I need to replace with stock Glock?

Do the stock 3.5# give reliability problems?

And what is Glock's customer service# ?

I would have it looked at.  I have the 3.5# trigger bar in mine, no problems at all.   There are a lot of aftermarket trigger parts out there, and they don't all stack up to be the same.    Have you fired it at all yet?  Maybe you have a broken striker?

The very first thing I would do is break it down and clean and inspect the firing pin channel.

Ditto on breaking down the weapon and inspecting the FP channel. Make sure the FP floats free and is not obstucted. Or the problem could also be caused by a bad trigger job.  Check the FP spring, and make sure it has not been cut.  Either way you may want to spend a couple of bucks (around $6.00) and replaced the FP sring, and the trigger spring. One other place to look for problems is the FP tang, the 90 deg piece which hangs down from the FP.  Make sure it has not been filed, and that it is making proper contact (2/3 engagement min) with the crucible, the back of the trigger bar assembly.

I suggest you mail it back to Glock with a letter stating you bought it used in "As Is" condition.  When my trigger spring broke a few years ago I mailed it back to Glock.  In amazement SIX days later UPS brought it back and the invoice read "NO CHARGE".  They also removed the after market spring/guide rod I installed and replaced it with a factory one (they put mine in the box).

Sending the pistol back to Glock will get the job done, all right, but why would you pay $50 or so to ship a Glock that needs a $1.00 spring that can be replaced in a few seconds?  

Whatever's wrong with the guy's G19 can be fixed pretty easily.  Easy-to-follow, illustrated instructions for replacing every part on a Glock can be found at glockmeister.com and topglock.com.  It's so simple, I'm convinced a DemocRAT could be trained to do it, given no time constraints.

Agreed.  But if he bought it used and thinks other work may have been done but doesn't know what he is safer having a qualified armorer check it over.
