How long does it usually take Glock to get back to you if you send an inquiry through the website? I sent them a message over a week ago regarding all three of my newer gen3 Glocks and BTF issues but haven't heard back yet, seems a little excessive for a company that size

I called and the secretary picked up, and transferred me to the technician.

You don't have to jump through 10 menus to talk to someone.

Even though the internet is supposed to make it easier to communicate, I've always found that calling a company about a question or dispute gets much faster results.

I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get a real live polite Georgian on the phone.  They'll get you squared away right quick.
