Do they make a dual recoil spring that can be swapped and put into a gen 3 gun.Or can a gen 4 recoil spring be put into a Gen 3 gun.

Gen 4 recoil springs will not fit nor can they be made to fit gen 3 guns. There are adaptors available to make gen 3 recoil springs fit gen 4 guns however.
