| I'm shopping for a flashlight to attach to a G19 that doesn't stick out way past the end of the barrel. Any suggestions? |

I'd recommend the Inforce APL.
@ 200 lumens and with a very broad spill, the APL is good for engagements of up to 40-50m, but no further. It is my choice for indoor use & CCW. Google "G19 Inforce APL" for images. I'd also take a look at the Streamlight TLR-3 There was this thread last week: http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_5_13/143038_Recommendations_for_a_home_defense_light_for_Gen_4_G19.html Edited to remove blanket statements. |

Thank you for the info raw power. Anyone have any experiance with the Crimson Trace Light Guard? I like how compact it is but I am not sure about the light pattern it emits ![]() 100 lumens is not a lot. Just out of curiosity, why can't it extend past the muzzle? |

Had one and hated it cause the light would never stay one while shooting. |

I don't think there are many high quality lights that wont stick out past the barrel I'd love to see more info on the CT Lightguard. I checked youtube for videos that compared it to other common lights, but frankly the comparisons I watched were shitty and useless. |

Its not that it doesn't have to not stick out past the barrel I just dont want a light that sticks out a bunch in front of the barrel, a little bit is doable. I want to be able to carry the pistol with light attached and personal preferance is no giant maglight strapped to bottom of barrel.
From what I have seen so far I'm down to the CT Light guard or the APL |

| I like my LTG-736, plenty of light for me. Added some Pearce Grip GLOCK Magazine Extensions PG-GPs to make the grip more comfortable. |
