.40 s&w is supersonic.. I would dare to say there arent many people making suppressors for .40, so probably not many threaded bbls.

9mm is supersonic, too, as well as 5.56... Doesn't stop suppressor manufacturers from making cans in those calibers.

Looks like Lone Wolf and Storm Lake make threaded barrels and are available if you look around.

I ordered my G19 and G23 barrels from GemTech as they were in stock and had a decent reviews at the time I purchased. So far they have been very good barrels for me.

Still waiting on the .45 Osprey suppressor so I am not going to comment on the earlier responses. I was able to find reloading data for .40 subsonic and so far it tests ok without the suppressor. I cannot imagine other than it being a bit louder out of a .45 can that it would be a problem.
