| I have been trying to find a Glock 22 RTF2 for months now and still can't find one. I know they are no better than the standard ones but I just like the fish gill serrations. Does anybody have good websites that still have handguns in stock that I can look at. |

OP that's going to be very difficult. They were not well received (especially by law enforcement who were the target audience), and did not last long on the market until they were replaced. I've only seen them pop up as police trade-ins, or used elsewhere at your LGS.
May I ask why you are looking for one of these guns? The "fish gills" were horrible, and not at all as effective as the straight cuts. The RTF2 texture was also way too aggressive, and literally shredded hands, uniforms, clothing, holsters, and anything else it touched. |

I know Glock discontinued them which is making my look even more difficult. I have saw a few pop up as brand new but that was before the Newton shooting and didn't have the extra to swing it at the time. I personally like the gun. I have shot one before and it fit my hand perfectly and I shot it well. I like the fish gill look because its different for a glock and the RTF2 texture doesn't bother me. |

I was looking for a 23 in RTF2, for the same reason. I just thing they're cool looking. Check on Armslist. I saw a few G22 RTF's for trade, but I didn't see any for sale. I think they are really cool looking and I shoot it really well. It's also different from the normal guns and I like to be different.

I had 2, and regret getting rid of the 17. I shot a couple of USPSA matches with it... I have softish hands and I never had a problem with the grips being too aggressive... I think it's a bunch of bull. I still had a 23... I could see someone who carried a rtf have problems with the rough texture, but honestly I like it better then regular glocks. The fish gills have better purchase too. So I'd say before deciding against one you consider the purpose you indent it for and then try asking around to get owners opinions. |

Not trying to be an ass but I work with my hands, so they are pretty tough. I love the RTF2 G19 that I have. For me the standard texture is too slippery, especially in the summer time when my hands sweat so much. I really like the Gen 4 grip texture also. Just my .02 |
