Is glockstore.com GTG?
They seem to be the only ones that I can find who have the Glock 30SF mags in stock. |
| I had my first experience with Glock Store just two weeks ago - I called them to confirm they had a Timber wolf frame in stock and they assured me they did. So, I placed my order with them and I ordered everything to complete the gun from Lone Wolf. A few days later, they called me to tell me that they were out of stock. Unfortunately for me, Lone Wolf already shipped everything. I was so pissed and Glock Store wouldn't do a damn thing about it. They told me to go on a waiting list, but they had no idea when it would come back in stock. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from Glock Store again. |

Wow. the plastic chic is his wife of 25 years Anyways, I think he markets to a different clientele than what we are used to seeing. I honestly think that ANY handgun or self defense training is good for people that have NONE. So I really have to commend him for brining vids to market before there were others. I hope he continues his success. But obviously, he isn't quite ready for the new generation of e-commerce. Real-time inventory, or close it it is expected. |
| Personally I've made several orders from them and up until my last one I never had any issues. Only issue with my last order was the Dawson Ice magwell wasn't in stock. They didn't process it until today when it came in. The parts I ordered that were on stock had already been shipped and received. |

My order from back in Dec. Gen 3, #19 will ship to my FFL holder Monday.
I recieved a phone call this morning. They never answered my phone calls...But, they didnt charge my CC until today. I will say GTG - YMMV. As others have stated, They must improve on their live inventory data, customer service,communication with customers, If they want to be a Top tier Internet seller. Oh, the PRICE of $40 for S/H + insurance seemed outragous.

I'll add to this (since I just saw it and not the other thread). I ordered some mags, a Glock tool, and a shirt from them in December. After a couple weeks I decided to cancel and go a different route. No way to modify or cancel it online. I sent emails, left messages on the website, and tried calling (always a busy signal). Then a couple weeks later I got the $8 Glock tool in the mail with an $18 shipping charge. I have been sending emails, leaving messages on the website, and trying to call ever since (every couple weeks I try again) and I have yet to receive any replies EVER.
My CC was compromised a few weeks back, so now I have a new number. My only hope is that they call me because the CC on file does not work and I can tell them to cancel everything left and adjust shipping. In reality, I'm guessing they will see the CC does not work and just cancel it without contacting me and I will still eat the shipping charge. I would not do business with them again. |
| I put an order in at Glockstore on Feb. 14th for 3x G17 10rnd mags for my Sub2000 (NY resident). Two weeks ago I submitted my pistol application and bought a G26. I emailed them THREE times in the last two weeks asking if I could substitute the G17 mags for G26 mags. I have had no correspondence with customer support yet. I'm so fed up that I requested my order be canceled. Still no response. I guess I'll have to call... Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with them. Do not recommend! I just want to cancel my order. I'll never use them again. |

I placed an order for a G17 and a G19, both gen4's, back in January. I got the call yesterday (Sunday) that
The 17 was in and they expect the 19 shortly. I was in no rush and had since purchased locally. I will take them anyway. The shipping is steep @ 40 bucks. |
| I was the "star" of Lenny's videos; "Building an AR15 From Scratch" and "Care and Feeding of Your AR15". The first video I was not entitled to any royalties because I was an employee of J.D. Machine Tech. and they had the video shot. The second video Lenny asked me to do after I had left J.D. Machine. On a handshake Lenny told me I would get a royalty of $1.00 for every video sold. That was in 2010 and to date I have received a whopping $400+ in royalties. All the time the video is being sold by him at gunshows, on Amazon.com, and Champions Choice has them. The two times I have been paid, the agreement is quarterly, was like pulling teeth. I have no idea how many he has actually sold because he controls the records for how many he manufactures and how many he sells. I never figured on getting rich off the video but I'm guessing I'm owed a whole lot more than $400. Possibly a couple thousand. |
| I CAN'T PROVE IT, but I think my CC info was stolen after a purchase from them. I CAN'T PROVE IT, but it was the 1 of 2 purchase I made with that cc in months. 5 days later my bank called me to confirm some "suspicious" charges. Haven't ordered anything from them after that. |
