I read on their website that you do not need anything special to buy the barrel "upper" assembly which makes sense. But when you attach it to your pistol frame it is a 16" pistol, or if you add the stock it is now a rifle. Is there anything illegal this falls under? Is it legal since it turns it into a legal length rifle? Kinda confused, answers appreciated. I'd like to get one but I don't want to get myself in trouble.
