I'm now at week 3 going into week 4 after my credit card was charged by teh Glock STore and I've received nothing. MY friend ordered from them in January and he has received nothing. No one answers the phone.
I'm going to do a chargeback today with my credit card. I've seen other post on the Glock Store here as well. STAY AWAY |

Check ebay, I ordered a rod for my 22 from glock store and waited forever. I got one ( from ebay) for my 19 and had it in my hand the following weekend. Edit- I should have also noted that this was back in Jan/Feb of 2012 when there was no panic. |

I know they are probably swamped, but that's no excuse for piss poor customer service. I was considering ordering something from them, but they never pick up the phone.
Maybe they need to set up limited customer service hours like some retailers have been doing. |
| I placed my order on 2/11 and it still says pending. If I would of known that they don't return emails or ship their products out in a timely matter I would of just went with somewhere else. All I need is a response to one of my two emails and I would wait quietly. I won't be shopping with them again. |

Glad I came across this. I just ordered tungsten guide rods for my G36 and G21 from them, and gave them my old credit card info by mistake.
Recieved an e-mail from them 4 days after placing order asking to call customer service with different card info and yeah, no one answers the phone. I guess its good I got an e-mail, but now I can't contact anyone to complete the order... Thinking I won't try anymore and get it somewhere else. Any suggestions? |
| I hare place two orders and received both orders, it took a couple of weeks. In the last order there was a letter describing their deluge of orders and that they are adding additional staff. I am not defending them - voice mail is easy to setup - but this my experience. |

I ordered a glock hoodie from them last fall, only place on the internet that had it in 3xl... spoke to some lady, and had it in the mail in 4 days.
But yeah, thats just clothes. I was going to inquire with them about any instock glocks they may have... but I think this changed my mind. |

Just an update for me - I actually heard from Glockstore yesterday. I placed an order with them on Feb 24 and then again on March 3. I did try to call them a couple of times about the order, but nobody picked up. Yesterday, though, I got an email from them notifying me that they had charged my credit card and had my items in the warehouse; however, they're 5-7 days behind on shipping. They also mentioned how they are trying to ramp up their customer service and shipping. Not having anyone answer the phone was a bit disconcerting, but since I don't need any of the stuff right away I'm gonna wait it out and see what happens. Right now it seems to me like they're moving things along similarly to most other distributors and suffering from stock shortages just like everyone else; they just aren't communicating with the customers very well regarding order status or what items they have in stock. |
| I ordered a 32 conversion barrel from them in october it just came it monday. My CC wasnt charged until they shipped it. I did call them twice to cancel this order but i get they didnt feel like it. I have sold my 32 so now i have a useless conversion barrel. Sold it on the EE same day i received it. |

This isn't rocket science, folks. With "being swamped" with orders comes increased revenue. With increased revenue comes new hiring to take care of the increased customers. See how that works? Kind of a feedback loop there. If management cannot figure that out, they deserve what will happen. You must take care of your customers. Even a quick email, which costs next to nothing in time or expense, is a great idea to keep up with your customers. Communication is key. Gosh, this isn't hard. The "Oh teh noes, we are so swamped with orders..." is wearing thin. Seems like a great cover for just being inept. Sorry, got carried away there... |
| Be EXTREMELY cautious ordering ANYTHING gun related right now. I'm not speaking about them because I have never used them. Always been able to beat their prices. Anyway. I just talked to a Supplier on the phone night befor last and the guy told me this. We've been completely out of stock for almost 3 months now, how long do think you could stay open with no inventory to sell.? I told him I couldn't, he said we are 1 click away from just that like a lot of others. Even the local gun shops around here are struggling because of practically no inventory. There isn't much they can order and still get so if this hold up much longer a lot of people are going to lose money on orders already made to the not so honest guys right befor they close their doors. Wish everyone all the best BUT PLEASE be careful making orders without first verifying EVERYTHING. |

I've never been a fan of any of Lenny Magill's domain companies. He has about 25 or so different "companies" run out of the same building.

On February 24, I ordered a 33 Round Mag from the Glock Store. Three weeks later and nothing. So I wrote... several times with no answer. Finally, I used the "instant message" feature where you leave a message and someone will message you. I requested that they cancel my order and to credit my card back. Then, the next day, another girl said my card was reimbursed and that the order had been cancelled as I requested. Well one day later Lenny writes me asking me to reconsider, as they are MEGA SWAMPED what with all the panic about mag and gun bans, etc. He said it looked to be about a three or four week wait for orders to be shipped. I appreciated that he responded to me personally. And actually, I don't blame him, The Glock Store, and nor do I blame Glock. I freaking blame the liberals for causing this bullshit in the first place. ![]() |

If you would have done a google or Bing search "glockstore.com review" you would have found pages and pages of complaints and ripoffs...better hurry and get your money back before the time is up.
However, a few days ago I sent a message about ordering a glock they show as in stock. I got a reply back the next day that they are not instock but I can get in-line. However I did some review searching of them and when I saw all the complaints I went else where. I did get a reply email though...Im glad I did a quick search From what I have read they are a disaster and some people have been waiting since summer of 2012. Im not sure how accurate that is but im not taking a chance. |

Update on my order. I received it 2 days ago. I checked their site and it still says pending. They emailed me today to respond to my last email, which was sent over a week ago. They stated it had been shipped and they were sorry.
At least I got what I ordered. I won't be shopping with them again. |
