Background is have one Glock, 22 G4.

Debating between a 17, 23, and 27.  My favorite FEEL is the full size (17/22).  I sort of want to grab a 9 to match my 40, and get more mags.  At the same time I think further bans may be fizzling as it looks like a no go in congress (agree?).

But I also want to get a better conceal to pair with my 22, and have the magazine interchangeability of all my 22 mags fitting in the 23/37.  Leaning to 27 but go back and forth.

Anyway, ultimately I think the answer is all of the above.  If I knew how to post a poll it would be between 17, 23, and 27.

Thoughts?

I'd get the 27 first.  And a month later, when the fever strikes again, get a 23.

Then start your 9mm collection...

Well, maybe grab a 35 before that.

Congrats, but why are you even getting a refund? You need to take what you are getting back and divide by 12 maybe think of adding 1 or 2 dependents so they don't take as much out.

What about a .45?  I have a Gen 4 G21, Gen 3 G30, and Gen 3 G36.  By far, my favorite is my G30.  I love it.  Fits me like a glove and is scary accurate!!!!  It's also my CCW.  Personally, I don't like 40 cal. handguns, but do like 9mm.  My next buy will probably be a G19.  Why isn't that one on your list?  If you like the .40's, I'd get the 23.  It's great for a CCW.  In fact, I bought one, and never expected that I wouldn't like it.  Since the .45 is MY round, I never thought I'd have a problem with a .40.  However, I hated it.  I just couldn't handle the "pop".  I'm a woman and don't have that much upper body strength.  Anyway, I gave it a try, but just didn't like it, so I sold it.  However, for you, I'd get the 23.

I would go with the 27. If you don't like shooting the 27 with only two fingers on the grip you can always get mag extensions. The 27 has been my ccw since 1998.

As for the 45s I do have some just 1911s.  The thickness of the glock frame for 10mm and .45 had me sticking with the 9s and 40s for now.  But I am interested in a 21 at some point.

The 19 might be an option as well.  Wow, now I see why people have such big collections.

My original plan was to build up first to 22/27 and 17/26 as two pairs..........I'm OCD

I believe the correct answer is a G34.  It just is......

I'm an old fart and a wimp... my G27 was not fun to shoot, and no easier to carry than my G23.... I'm now down to a G17 in a bag and G34 for competition... the G23 has been demoted to a night stand gun because of the Trijicon tritium sights

I'd go 19/23, if you want a practical carry weapon.

34/35 if you just want something fun to shoot, or think you may want to shoot some competitions.
