| I have several G17 pre ban mags I would like to sell. My question is, what kind of documentation do I need to sell a magazine to a ban state? I know NY is now out of the question, how about Mass, or CT? I know there is some sort of license that someone must have to own a gun in Mass. What other states allow pre ban mags? |

There is no documentation that I've ever heard of. As long it's easily verified that it's a preban (like the lowered number on the preban Glock mags) you're OK. As far as other states, I believe CA and MA are ok, but the people living in those states are likely the best source. I'm not sure if the law went into effect in New York yet or not, but I would probably steer clear of selling any to NY (all of the prebans I had went to NY).
