I have a Glock 21SF 45Acp.Will a 10mm barrel fit .

Yes it will.

A 45 will not fit in a 10mm though.

Barrel hood width isn't the same, nor are the extractors the same. Might try a 10mm conversion barrel.

Yes, this is true, but I've shot a lot of rounds out of a Gen 3 21 with a factory 20 barrel. No malfunctions YET

and no discernible difference in accuracy. The op wanted to know if it could be done / fit. It does and many have done it with no problems.
