[ARCHIVED THREAD] - +P+ in a G19?

I have a line on some 127 grain +P+ for cheap. I believe it is Winchester, but I can't remember.
How safe is +P+ in a G19?

I run Winchester Ranger 127 +P+ in my Glocks all the time. Never an issue. It is a handful in a 26 though. Not quite as bad as the 357 Sig in the 33.
Cost me $23.99 for a box of 50, but my local Streichers has not had it in stock in about a year.

I have my daily carry G26 and my nightstand G17 loaded up with 'em right now.

Load them up and fire away, you are not going to hurt your 19. I have run thousands of rounds of Ranger +P+ through a gen 3 17 with no ill effects.

Thanks everyone.
The stuff my friend has (my part-time boss) is marked WCC +P+ with a date stamp. I can't remember the date now, though.
Any good? He owes me, so it's "free," heh.

Any free ammo is good ammo

It's fine.
A member of our range bought a ton of that really hot L7A1 surplus and shot it through his 9mm AR and his G17...thousands of them.
Never hurt either of them.
