I've got dozens of OEM GLOCK mags including 5x33 round G18 mags. I keep them loaded with Gold Dots and stashed in various places as back up mags since my wife and I both have GLOCK 19s. I would like to have a few more 33 rounders to play with at the range with my Kel-Tec Sub2000. I've been doing the unload/reload/shoot/reload with the GLOCK mags but that quickly gets tiresome.

I've seen the KCI mags online but I've never used or handled them. I wouldn't consider staking my life on them but I was wondering if they are reliable enough to be used strictly as range mags. I could almost buy three of them for the cost of one OEM G18 mag.

For range mags they are gtg. Half the price of factory Glock mags, and good for what they are. FYI when I get new ones I load to capacity (really hard to do I need a mag loader to assist me ) then let them sit for a few weeks. It seems to help make future loading easier.

What he said....... I just purchaded 4 more Factory 33 rounders from Midway for 31.95 each. Got them in 3 days. I have seen some asking for as much as 50 bucks for them, that is just ridiculious. I have 20 now and the same number of 24 round factory fourty sticks so when the gougers keep getting crazier by the day I got all I need. KCI's are ok for range mags like the othewr poster said but I gave mine away simply because I want my range mags to run 100% also...

I bought 1 and it was junk.  My dreams of cheap mags were crushed.

I have some for the range, but that's all I use them for.

The 2 I have work fine. Never had a problem with them.  A bit hard to get all 33rds in them the 1st few times I loaded them but now they are fine.   I would only use them for range use though. I have some factory 33's as well.
