I bought a G19 and had a set of Trijicon Novak night sights put on it. Point of impact is a few inches to the left @ 7 yds. My question is can I back off that little set screw and move the sight to the left to get the sights on target? Thanks!

But move the rear sight in the direction you want your impact to go.
