Just bought a used glock 19 and there's some scratches on the breech face prob from steel cases something to worry about?

theyre not from steel cases..just wear and tear...

The steel used in cartridge cases is WAY softer than the steel used in the slide and barrel on your Glock.
As has been said, it's just normal wear. Go shoot it and enjoy.

Soft steel cases are not going to scratch a 64rc Glock slide.

It's fine, shoot away! Post some pics if you like, but some of my higher round count Glocks have had what I think you're describing. Just wear from use.
