Anyone here ever use a lone wolf slide? I was wondering how they were in regards to fit and finish. I am always Leary of
"drop in, no gun smithing" . Would a stock barrel fit a lone wolf slide without any fitting? My new/t question is how well do they hold up? Thanks, ERic |

I am the proud owner of 3 at the moment. I have a 24 length solid top on a 24 lower dedicated for 357 sig, A 6 inch open top long slide on a 21SF lower, and this the smoothest running 45 you will ever shoot, last but not least I have a 34 length slide on a 19 lower. The finish is excellent and the fit is precise than a factory slide. A factory Glock barrel will drop right in and function flawless. From my experiences with them and the company I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stainless slide compaired to anyone's ant any other price. I am nothing more than a very satisfide customer of Lone Wolf. Their parst , guns and customer service has been nothing but excellent for years now and I still have one more to build, which will also utilize a LWD slide.
Oh and How do they hold up ??? Well I'll let you know if I am ever able to wear one out or hurt it in any way. As of today and after many thousands of rounds they still look as good as they did when they arrived new. If you want to see some close ups of these installed send me your e-mail to [email protected] and I'll e-mail you some pics of these 3. |
