Was watching American rifleman tonight on TV and they had Gun Stories on about the Glock pistols.
Ken hackthorn said if he had to have just one handgun it would be a Glock 17, But his favorite handgun was some other brand did anyone eles see gun stories and hear just what brand of handgun that was. I appreciate your time to answer. Doubletap1 |

Over the last 7 years I've carried a G26, a G19, and now carry a CZ P-01 I wouldn't have a problem carrying any of the 1911's I've owned either, though. But if, God forbid, I could only have one gun, it'd be a Glock. No question. If something goes wrong with it, a Glock can be fully overhauled and any part replaced with nothing more than your two hands and maybe a single punch. There's no gunsmithing to be done on a Glock, at all. Since I could only have one gun, I couldn't afford for it to be down for an extended period while I putz with it, and sending it away for a few days to a smith would be out of the question. |

I prefer the M&P by a slight margin over my glocks but if I could only have one, I would probably go with one of my glocks as I have more mags and holsters for it. |
