I just got a generation 4 glock 17, my question is, what grip angle is on it if you do not install any of the backstraps? It feels different from my gen 3 glock 17, the grip angle I mean.

Grip angle is the same as all other Glock pistols.

I've never really looked at it but your trigger finger may be at a different angle because it is 2mm closer horizontally but the same height vertical?

Don't know, probably an individual thing that feels different to different people.

the grip angle reminds me of a Gen 3 19 - when you add the medium backstrap is feels more like a gen 3 17 (IMHO)
