| My Gen 3 19 likes to sling spent brass back into my forehead. Seems to happen once every mag or so. Is there anyway to tune the extractor to fix this. My 26 and 17 do not do this. |
| Hotter ammo will often scape the brass on the bottom of the ejection port as it's ejected. That will also make the brass go back at your face. It did it with both my G17 and G19. It leaves a visible scrape on the case mouth. To me, it was more annoying because I reload and didn't want my brass getting worn out. I've rounded off the sharp edge on the bottom of the ejection ports using craytex deburring cylinders - no more scrapes. |

Classic sign of limp-wristing (ie, poor grip form). What kind of grip are you using? BTW, not saying you're doing this, just asking. My Walther ejected this way for the first few hundred rounds, even with a nice, high firm grip. A high thumbs forward grip. I use the same grip on all of my glocks, only the 19 throws brass in my face. |
