After much debate, i finally decided to carry my glock 23. I spend two months trying to find something a little smaller for me( 6' 2" , 185 lbs) but i love the gun. After playing around with it, i discovered i can conceal it easy. can anyone recommend a good inside the waist band holster?

Ive used a Don Hume before.  It uses a clip which I don't like a lot but if it's in my car it's easy to toss in the waistband when going into the gas station or whatever.  You might want to wait for the Gen 4 Glock 23 to come out.

In my experience, Galco Royal Guard, Blade-Tech standard IWB w/ PDS straps, or Kramer #3.

You might want to check out Fist-inc.com, they made the IWB holster for my Glock 23 and I couldn't be happier

CompTac M-Tac or the Crossbreed SuperTuck. I used a M-Tac for a long time, great holster.

I carry my G23 in a Crossbreed Supertuck with a Crossbreed gun belt.  I literally forget I have it on sometimes.

+1  On the Crossbreed Supertuck. I got one 2 weeks ago to replace my Don Hume IWB. I went from carrying the DH at 4:30 or 5 to carrying at 3:30 or 4:00 with the Crossbreed. I plan on getting a Crossbreed belt soon.

Double that for the Bianchi 100 Professional. While off duty I carry a Glock 23 in a Bianchi 100 Professional, it's comfortable and conceals the piece great.

Crossbreed Supertuck FTW. I carry my G22 or G23 in my Supertuck all the time. Very comfy. In fact it's the most comfortabl holster I've ever worn.I recommend you get the plastic J clips instead of the metal clips and don't pay for the combat cut because you can always just trim off whatever you want later.

For IWB I'll suggest a Versa Max II.

Long wait, but fine holster.

For a quick fix you can get a Comp-Tac Infidel and spec out the belt attachement to your liking.  Use that until the fine folks at Milt Sparks can build your VMII.

I've used a CTAC to carry my G19 for years. G19 (or G23) in a CTAC is the perfect carry combination.

Also, Comp-Tac is based out of Houston, so shipping in Texas will be very fast.

I've used a Blade Tech IWB holster for my G23 for over seven years and am extremely happy with it. On some details I've had on over 16 hours and it's not a problem to wear. In my honest opinion you'd be well served by the Blade Tech.
