I got my CHL yesterday. Now I have a few questions.
Can anybody reccomend a training facility near Houston, so I can brush up on my skills? (This may be better posted in the HTF)
Does anyone make a compact 1911 type, that is all metal construction, and has a bbl bushing? I really dont care for the paperclip takedown method.
Currently carrying a Kimber Raptor in an M-TAC at SOB. Ive heard horror stories of people falling on their back and suffering because of the SOB carry.
Anybody ever have an issue with this?

To my knowledge, no one makes a smaller-than-true-commander sized (4.25" bbl) with a bushing.

The paperclip takedown is a bit annoying, but it's a hell of a lot better than an allen wrench.

I know hot wells shooting range near 290 and barker cypress provides training.  I'm not sure how good the class is though, because i've never taken it or talked to anyone who has.
