I have 2 choices for concealed carry…

1) Kahr PM9 $482.00 + Tax

2) Smith & Wesson M+P 340CS with Crimson Trace Laser Grip $610 + Tax
I plan on carrying one of these guns in a Galco Ankle Rig..

What way should I go?

Shoot both and see what  you like.  The only Kahr I have ever shot had a trigger pull that was too long for my comfort (being used to Glocks), and I have never shot the M & P but there are plenty of good reports to be heard.

I think the advice you'll get is to get whichever one fits your hand more comfortably.

Thanks for the info.. I have dry fired both guns and each one has a very long trigger pull. I was just looking for other peoples ideas...

Is this for your primary or back up weapon?  If your primary, then why the ankle holster?

Back up weapon...

I will need it for office work days only.

if its a BUG, of the 2, i'd probably opt for the smith (and imo, thats a pretty good price--thats the .357mag, lightweight right?)

h/w, +1 on shooting both and deciding

I've not used the 340, but I've fired a J frame plenty of times. I prefer my MK9 in most situations over the J frame Smith.
