I've been struggling to find a concealment method that works well in the south-Texas summer heat (i.e. - t-shirt & shorts). Found this from Active Pro Gear. Works really well with my 380 auto.

Most of my t-shirts are fairly thick and not really skin-tight, so you really don't see anything. Its surprisingly comfortable.
