When you are in another state you must abide by that state's laws, regardless of the laws of your state. So no, if you are going to a state that does not allow possession of magazines with a capacity over ten rounds you will not (legally) be able to bring yours. -- That's why I kept a few ten-round mags after the ban expired. Trusted and tried, but still in great shape, just in case I travel to a "ten-round" state. |
