Just because I want another Sig, I don't actually know anything about the P232 (that's pretty much how I ended up with a P250, so it's really not a trustworthy recommendation)

None of those would be anywhere near the top of my list.

On your list I'd look at the Kahr or the Shield, but none would be my first choice.  I typically carry a Glock 19 or 26.  If I need a pocket gun it's a S&W J frame.  I'm not a fan of the ultra small semi autos.

Out of your list, the Shield and the PPS. For me in reality, G19/23/26/27 as another has already posted.

I was going to post the exact same thing. Maybe to extend and say a G17/22 cut to take G19/23 mags (what I carry, finding the extra slide length helps secure the gun for minimalist AIWB carry, at least in my mind, helping me think about the gun less throughout the day).

My wife recently picked up the Shield and she loves the thing. Small enough to carry, cheap to train with, and low recoil enough to be able to shoot all day with it.

I voted for the shield out of what you listed but I'd seriously consider a Glock 26/27 or if you want more capacity and can conceal it, 19/23.

Kahr. I just can't stand the M&P trigger.

No kidding.
I voted PPS I love mine and after handling and shooting the shield the PPS I believe is superior.  No external safety, trigger feels better on PPS, grip with big back strap really gives a great feel.

My thoughts as well.

My wife wants a Shield.  When she finally gets one (and I get some trigger time) it may change my mind, but looking at them I don't see it being THAT much easier to conceal than my Glock 26.

Of the selections, the Shield or the PPS mostly because of caliber. IMO, if you are going to go through the trouble to get a permit, holster and carry a gun everyday might as well get a bigger caliber. All handgun rounds suck but the bigger the better. I love my 1911's but I also carry a Glock 19 from time to time.

The Shield is a fine little gun that I wouldn't mind carrying but I am so used to a bigger gun, I would rather have a larger option.

+1 A few months ago I would have said Kahr but I bought a PM9 that failed to fire at least once a magazine.

Out of the choices I voted PPS with the Shield coming in a close second.  I have had both and I sold the Shield.  I think the PPS is a better pistol.  I shoot it better and it just feels right in my hand.  You can get either pistol in .40 cal. as well.  Have you considered a Sig P938?

I absolutely LOVE my p232. It is one hell of a carry gun.

Points more natural than a 1911 does, I carry a 1911 everyday

Super reliable.

Stupid accurate.

Nice DA/SA trigger as well.

That being said I generally carry it as a backup gun. I HIGHLY recommend this gun

Huh? Funny, didnt see that as a choice. Since were making irrelevant suggestions...

CZ 2075 RAMI - Top notch firearm, one for sale in the EE. Better than the G19. My brother has a 23 (.40 verson of the 19) and he shoots way better with the RAMI. Glock is reliable, but you have to be willing to compromise some of the nice features and sometimes important factors when selecting your handgun...i.e. adjustable rear sights, ergonomics, accuracy, and general CZ quality.

Just wondering why you would want an adjustable rear sight on a CCW?

My top choice would be a Glock 19.  However, of those you listed, the S&W Shield.   In fact, I tried a few of those and just bought the Shield.
