10-day vacation in the humid midwest. Carried my LCP everday. Cleaned and lubed prior to leaving with froglube. By day three had a nice coating of rust on the rear of the slide. Same gun last year cleaned and lubed with CLP and had no rust issues.
Cleaned it up as best i could when i got home. Some slight pitting of the slide remains. The combo of rugers crappy finish and froglube didnt work out too well for me. No rust issues with my Glocks and frog lube. |

I have no experience with Frog Lube but most every gun lube test I have seen that tested for corrosion resistance puts Breakfree CLP right up near the top.
This one factor is very important to me. If you are sweating on a gun it will rust unless you really keep after it |
