Why would you want to take that hiking, be much safer with a pistol in your pocket?  And lighter, easy to get at, ect..

So what was Mr. Southern Pride asking before your carpet-bagging Yankee ass offended him?

What is this?

A re-hash of orange-tip Draco guy, who got banned from all those gunboards last summer?

Sorry, I just had a little tantrum last night. After a long hard day of dealing with dipshits, I was excited to share a new way to carry a Draco.

It's a simply hydration carrier, nothing fancy. Wear it like a daypack, or attach to your regular pack with molle.

I mentioned taking the Draco for a hike, TO SHOOT IT, and this knucklehead decides to offer up his idiotic opinion and that was all I needed to take my ball and go home. I'm sure those of you with any imagination might be able to come up with other places to take your Draco in comfort and discretion. I used this method to go to the range last night, and it was nice not having to carry everything in my hands.

Sorry for the tantrum.

Move along, nothing to see.

Ah...

If you see my post above, there was some fuckstick trolling the various gun forums, right when he was in the news for carrying a draco with an orange painted tip in a State Park to confuse people if it was Airsoft or not.

Also, google/search the Archives here for the (former) user "Kwikrnu"

That is most likely why you got assailed with such flippant responses so quickly.

I like that rig for discrete carry.  I see that you are using a washer behind the muzzle nut to supplement the stock hand guard mounting screw. I tried the same thing but it just would not stay together after several hundred rounds.  What has been your experience with this?

The washer is just there to time the muzzle brake. I had to take the brake off to fit it in the pouch.

I haven't had any issues with the handguard coming off. That would not be a good thing with your hand so close to the muzzle!

I attribute it to there being too many asshats here.

Yeah, I'm aware of Kwik. He lives not far from my inlaws and frequents this area and some of the local gun advocate/rights boards. Well, at least until he gets thrown off anyway.

And yes, he's a full on flaming moon bat.
