I have a RPK style birdcage on my Draco and the damn thing is still a mobile flash bang device.

Any thoughts, is it even possible, is this why Krinks had the bell shaped one?

The "krink" brakes are muzzle boosters.  They are designed to increase back pressure in the gas system.  In other words supply more oomph to cycle the action.  The best flash hider for the AK is the Smith Enterprises Vortex.  That is all it does but it does it very well.   Plenty of reviews and comparisons done.  Check youtube.

I have a type 84 birdcage that is very overwhelmed by my draco. Ive been taking a hard look at the actual Romanian AIMR device offered by CNC Warrior.

I like mine.  Still a little overworked on the Draco though.  It does look perfect though.

I tried the Bulgy 4 Piece.  Very effective but extra-over gasses the Draco.  It is also 8.5oz when combined with the thread adapter and adds 2.5" in length.

Bulgy 4 Piece Review

I have since replaced it with a PWS FSC47.

What kind of ammo are you guys using to get the big flash??
I have the RPK birdcage and don't have any flash with russian white box HP and various Wolf ammo.
I haven't run any of my Norinco yet but with the other ammo the most I get is maybe a single spark every 20 rounds or so?

Maybe you're blinking?  :)

My Draco makes a pretty good fireball, even with a krink clone brake...

Where does one find a Bulgy 4 piece these days, and the adapter?

And is it true it directs the blast away from the shooter, and more downrange? Anyone know?

I use a $14 tapco
in indoors range without it, I would loose sight of the target because of the flame
with it on, only once in a while I see some spark shoot out
no flame at all

not going to say its the best out there, but its the only one I tried and I like how it looks too

I use a Tapco Razr on my Draco and have been really pleased with it overall

On the Draco It didnt seem to affect it that much.  I ran it on both and i could feel a difference in the recoil and muzzle rise but it still jumps a bit cuz its so short.

If you're looking to kill the flash, Vortex's are the best, but nothing short of a silencer will do anything about the noise/blast.

If you really want to see over gased, find the "extra long" version at CNCwarrior.

It is awesome.  Also if very fun.
