| This has probably been discussed before. I could not find. Do the DRACO have matching #s Receiver, Cover, Bolt & Bolt Carrier. |

I think you will find that the numbers match on the new manufacture Dracos many of us have. As for the Draco "C" guns, most likely not since they may be a mix of new and old parts. I am getting a second Draco soon and want matching numbers. What are the C guns? Do they have serial numbers that start with a C? What's the deal with these C Dracos? |

These guns have the year 1968, or 1984, or 1995 etc on the trunnion. In other words they took full auto guns, destroyed the receiver, & built these parts on new semi receivers. The receiver will say Draco C on the left side. So Draco's are built from new parts, & Draco C's are built from cut up guns from the year stamped on the trunnion. GARY N4KVE |

Now I know what to look for to make sure I get a new one. |
| Or you could get a Draco C that has a Matching trunion, bolt and carrier and maybe not on the cover but is desirable because it is not only made in the same factory but also on an actual surplus kit with date and arsenal stamp. Isnt that why some folks prefer the WASR 10/63s (I think that is what they are called)? |

Isnt that why some folks prefer the WASR 10/63s (I think that is what they are called)? I have two GP Wasr 10/63: Dated 66 with all matching #s Trunion, Cover, Bolt & Bolt Carrier. However, my 86 only has the Trunion, Bolt & Bolt Carrier with matching #s, not the Cover! Also, I do not have a Draco. I have Century's first AK pistol the AKM which on a DC industries, Inc. receiver: Only the Bolt & Bolt carrier are matching. Trunion is numbered production run and the cover is from someone else's rifle. I would at least like to find the matching cover to the Bolt & Bolt carrier. Wishful thinking! |

This is a valid option. Some people think [whether it is true or not] that the Romy AK's made with new parts that are sent to Century are from rejected parts. Since the "C's" are made from real military rifles, they COULD have better parts. Again, this is just speculation on my part.
