Called every single pawn shop in town, yesterday in hopes of finding a Draco local. No Joy! Hell, two of the shops didn't even know what I was talking about. And they call themselves Gun Brokers. So, mailorder or the next gunshow, I guess.

That's because they don't get let go or taken to the pawn shops. They can't know about something they hardly ever (if ever) see. It would be like them carrying an HK MP5 or similarly sought after weapon.

Yea, not a lot of people know what a Draco is, let alone what an AK pistol would look like. When I ordered my Draco, I just told my FFL I was ordering an AK.

When it got here - my FFL was like

When the call was completed and I was ready to walk out the door, he said, "Be careful, thats not a toy but a real gun....."

What part of TX are you in? A guy at the SAXET here in San Antonio just sold 1 today and said he would bring in another tomorrow. $450 but I'm betting you can talk him down a bit

Just about as far north as you can get. Lived in San Antonio years ago, when I was stationed at Kelly AFB. Got 2 Ft Worth Gun Shows coming up and the Dallas show in a few months. Worth the 2 hour drive. I'll try to be patient.
