Have these been tried on a Vepr? I presume they would fit just fine.

Got them, very nice, smooth machining, what a great solid piece.
First mount can't clamp tight at all, tried on 3 different AK side mounts. The 2nd one works fine, the only difference is the first one has no metal washer on the top nut. I guess I'll have to get a new washer from the HD/Lowes.

Yep, tighten the nut all the way down, was tried on Romanian RPK, SGL 21, SLR 106FR, wouldn't clamp tight. The second mount with the washer removed also wouldn't clamp tight. Found #10 brass washer for $0.98 at Lowes, ten in a package, put in both, they tighten up nicely.

Got mine the other day. The two rings that are on the scope do not come together . There is a large gap. All of my other scope mounts are flush.

What mount do you have? What optic do you have ? On our rd mounts the cap does not tighten all the way to touch the other side of the cap. Thanks. Troy.

YOu "could" but it is not ideal...they do make one for scopes though

Very interested in this. Can the Aimpoint PRO work with this mount? The PRO comes with its own mount. Not sure if it can be ordered without. Can it be taken off and fit right into this one?
