| I got a CAI tantal today. I have to say I am quite impressed, the fit and finish is top notch, and I dig the orange bakelite lower hand guard. I ran around 200 rounds through it, no keyholes, no misfires, no jams. I think this one is a keeper. I'll have pics up after the orange pistol grip and mags show up. Yea! Communism Comrade. For some reason its a wicked looking firearm, much meaner than my AR. |
Good to hear! As far as looking meaner than an AR, I don't know about that one.. I guess it depends on what you mean by "Meaner". An AR definitly looks alot more tactical, an off the shelf AK is no looker. With some aftermarket accessories, they do have a nice look to them. But the AK was never designed to be Tactical, or Look good. It was designed to be a sub machine gun, and to work in conditions where most other firearms would fail, and it does a damn good job of it. -ThaChad |
